Avocado, Rice, Egg and Olive Oil Porridge
- 1 hass avocado
- ½ cup of boiled rice
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- ½ cup of chicken (fish or vegetable) soup
- stewed chicken (optional)
- olive oil
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- salt and pepper
Blend the rice and avocado with the chicken soup. Put this mixture in a bowl and add grated egg and a dash of olive oil to taste.
Tips: Sprinkle the avocado with a dash of lemon and oil.
