CAMPOSOL IMPLEMENTS ITS RECOGNITION PROGRAM “MADRE TIERRA” (MOTHER EARTH) FOR ITS FIELD AND PLANT COLLABORATORS

In order to reward its most committed workers, Camposol implements the Recognition Program “Madre Tierra” (Mother Earth).

This program looks for agricultural and industrial manual workers to know how valuable and important are for the company. Likewise, it helps to promote high productivity, decrease turnover and create a pleasant and competitive working environment.

Camposol aligned the program basing on the company’s cultural pillars. Therefore, Madre Tierra is focused on excellence-based productivity and looks for giving recognition to workers that comply with the goals in harvesting and industrial processes.

Through this program, we look forward to recognize not only excellence at work, but also the commitment of our workers. We identify all those workers that have a perfect attendance and continuous tenure; they are the workers who enter the list of nominees to be then recognized. “The Camposol worker that represents Madre Tierra is an example for all of us,” mentioned Sandro Zumarán, Human Resources Manager.
