Samuel Dyer Coriat
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD AND CEO
Mr. Dyer Coriat obtained his degree in Business Administration at University of Miami (Florida) with a specialization in Finance and Administration. He has a wide experience in the fishing industry; he initiated his career at Copeinca as Fleet Assistant and held subsequently various positions, including Fleet Manager, Operations Manager and CEO from 2002 to 2011. In 2008, Mr. Dyer was appointed member of the Board of Directors of CAMPOSOL, an agro-industrial company of the Group, in 2008, a position which allowed him to contribute to the transformation of the company into a leading commercial organization that uses the principles of Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility. Since 2011, he is the Chairman of CAMPOSOL’s Board , as well as CEO of D&C Group. He was CEO of CAMPOSOL from October 2011 to October 2015. Now, in 2021, Mr. Dyer Coriat becomes again the CEO of CAMPOSOL, and continues to be the Chairman of CAMPOSOL’s Board.
José Antonio Gómez Bazán
Extensive international experience in the fresh food industry and international trade. Led the international expansion of Camposol group in Europe, USA and China. Currently serving as Vice Chair in the Peruvian Avocado Commission, Director in the World Avocado Organization and Alt. Director in the Hass Avocado Board. Also serving in United Fresh Produce Association International Advisory Board. Former board member in the Produce Marketing Association (PMA). Previous experience includes senior management positions at Chiquita Brands. Harvard Alumni, MBA INCAE Business School.
Andrés Colichón Sas
Mr. Colichón holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College, Berea, Ohio, USA and an MBA degree specializing in finance and strategy from Boston University, USA. He held the position of CFO at Graña & Montero for six years were he led the company’s debut in the local stock exchange (IPO), as well as the first future cash flow securitization bond that included partial credit guarantees from multilaterals. He also worked four years in Mckinsey & Co., globally managing projects in strategy, banking and mining operations. After that, he was appointed CFO of Grupo El Comercio, to then perform the same function in Grupo San Fernando, successfully leading IT initiatives specially related with ERP and Legacy systems reimplementation in both. He was finally appointed Chief Financial and Strategy Officer by Corporation PRIMAX where he successfully led the company’s debut in the BVL with the largest corporate bond placement in the local market.
Juan Manuel Güell Camacho
SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR
Mr. Güell has a Civil Engineering degree from the Universidad de Costa Rica, with a Master's and a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and M.B.A. studies with emphasis in Finance at the Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica. His last job was as General Manager and Regional Product Head with DHL Global Forwarding based in Guatemala. In addition, he has more than 20 years of experience in the agroindustry sector in director level roles in logistics, operations, finance, quality and IT, with worldwide responsibilities in Chiquita Brands International and Dole Fresh Food International.
Lieneke Schol Calle
VICE PRESIDENT OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS AND TALENT
Mrs. Schol has a degree in industrial engineer from the Universidad de Lima and a master’s degree in business administration from the Adolfo Ibañez Management School. She is the Director of Certificates at MDD Centrum Católica. Mrs. Schol has more than 30-year experience in sales, marketing, development of new businesses, innovation, and technology, and has held several management positions at large multinational corporations such as IBM Peru and Microsoft. She has also experience in the public domain, where she was Digital Government Secretary for the Peruvian Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Peru in 2018. Schol has been a member of the Council of Pagos Digitales Peruanos. She is currently member of the management council at Banco Pichincha and Alicorp, where she is also member of several committees in such boards of directors. From July to December 2020, she was a member of Camposol’s board of directors, chairwoman of the Governance and Technology Committee, and member of its Technology and Auditing Committees. Since March 2021, Mrs. Schol is our Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Talent.
AUDIT AND RISKS CENTRAL MANAGER
Ms. Segovia obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and graduated in Industrial Processing in the Higher Technological Institute Cibertec. She has also postgraduate studies in Compliance and certifications ISO 19600 Lead Compliance Manager, ISO 37001 Lead Auditor in anti-bribery management, Risk Manager ISO 31000 in risk management and in the COSO internal control model. She has more-than-15-year experience in internal audit and integral risk and control management, as well as adjustment to reference framework of Internal Control and Integral Risk Management COSO and ERM and implementation of fraud prevention systems, among others. She has worked in multinational corporations such as Telefónica Móviles S.A., Bellsouth Perú, Tecnológica de Alimentos (TASA), and Austral Group, a company from the Norwegian group Austevoll Seafood ASA, among others. During the last 5 years, she has had several positions at Camposol, such as Internal Control Manager, Fraud Prevention Manager and Secretary of the Ethics and Compliance Committee. She currently leads the Internal Audit and Risks area, which reports to the Board of Directors.
Harold Mongrut Días
COUNTRY MANAGER PERU
Mr. Mongrut holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Lima and a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia University. He has worked previously for Kimberly Clark where he held several positions in Costa Rica and Colombia as well as General Manager for the Ecuador and Peru branches. He has also served as General Manager for Unilever Peru. Mr. Mongrut has more than 20 years of experience in managing consumer goods and operations in different countries. He is a former consultant at Effectus Fishman Consultores.
