Samuel Dyer Coriat
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Mr. Dyer Coriat obtained his degree in Business Administration at University of Miami (Florida) with a specialization in Finance and Administration. He has a wide experience in the fishing industry; he initiated his career at Copeinca as Fleet Assistant and held subsequently various positions, including Fleet Manager, Operations Manager and CEO from 2002 to 2011. In 2008, Mr. Dyer was appointed member of the Board of Directors of CAMPOSOL, an agro-industrial company of the Group, in 2008, a position which allowed him to contribute to the transformation of the company into a leading commercial organization that uses the principles of Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility. Since 2011, he is the Chairman of CAMPOSOL’s Board , as well as CEO of D&C Group. He was also CEO of CAMPOSOL from October 2011 to October 2015.
Raúl Ubaldo Fernández
Mr. Fernández holds a master’s degree in Industrial Safety and Health and a bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical and Marine Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is considered a visionary leader, an accomplished executive and also an internationally recognized results-driven operations and technology expert. He brings 40 years of food industry experience, leading business units, new products and business development teams in multinational corporations. Lately, he has focused on developing and implementing revenue enhancing strategies for corporations involved in international food trading and commercialization. He is named in 11 patents regarding fresh food preservation, packaging and handling. He is a member of the CAMPOSOL Holding Ltd. board since November 2015.
Samuel Dyer Ampudia
Mr. Dyer Ampudia has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal and studied the International Business Programme for Senior Management at the University of Piura. He has been a Founding Partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of COPEINCA, Galvanizadora Peruana S.A., Aceros y Techos S.A, Consorcio Latinoamericano S.A, and Ferretería Dyer S. A., as well as President of the Association of Family Businesses of Peru (AEF). He is Honorary Director of CAMPOSOL and Chairman of the Board of the D&C Group (Dyer Coriat), one of the most successful family groups in Peru, with diversified investments in agroindustry, real estate, construction, mining, among others.
Piero Dyer Coriat
Mr. Dyer Coriat obtained his Master in Business Administration and Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miami (Florida). He worked as technical and financial analyst for the new business division at D&C Group. He was General Manager at Apurimac Ferrum, an iron exploration project. He has been member of Copeinca ASA’s Board of Directors, as well as CFO, Research and Development manager and Chief Strategy Officer at CAMPOSOL. He is currently member of the CAMPOSOL’s Board of Directors.
Sheyla Dyer Coriat
Mrs. Dyer earned a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration at the University of Miami (Florida) in 1996. She is a senior executive with experience in international trade, operations and logistics at international companies. In 2014, she founded Comma, a Peruvian restaurant focused on healthy food. She is a member of CAMPOSOL Holding Ltd.’s board since November 2015.
William Dyer Osorio
Mr. Dyer Osorio has a degree in International Business Administration from the International University of Florida (Florida), with a specialization in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Thunderbird University, Arizona, and Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico). He has broad experience in the Peruvian fishing industry, and began his career at Copeinca as Plant Assistant and held different positions, including Warehouse Assistant, Procurement Assistant, Finance Assistant, Logistics Manager, and Raw Material Procurement Superintendent from 2002 to 2010. He currently serves as General Manager of Octopus Holding S.A.C. and Inka Comfort Hoteles del Peru SAC. Mr. Dyer is also member of the Board of Directors and shareholder of Aceros y Techos S.A., Galvanizadora Peruana S.A., and Octagon Holding S.A.C, companies from Duferco Swiss Group.
Manuel del Rio Jiménez
Mechanical engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, who also received a Master’s of Science Industrial Administration degree from the Krannert Graduate School of Management – Purdue University – Indiana, USA. He is currently CAMPOSOL’s Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, as well as Graña y Montero S.A.A.’s Director, Chairman of its Audit Committee, member of the Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Committee and member of several operational committees. He is also an independent member of the Grupo El Comercio’s Audit AND RISK Committee, and member of the Board of Directors of CARE Perú and Chairman of the Finance Committee. Del Rio is also an associate consultant at LHH DBM Peru. He was partner at KPMG in Peru for 12 years and was responsible for the Transfer Pricing Division; after that he was leader of Advisory practice and, finally, was the partner responsible for Transactions, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Finances and Business Development. Before joining KPMG he was leader of the Financial Control area and CFO at Citibank Peru. During that same period, he was vice-chairman of Profuturo AFP, member of its Executive Committee, and Director. Mr. Del Rio was, for eight years, leader in Peru and Chile of the professional and medical equipment business unit at Philips and, for ten years (three of which living in the Netherlands), he was in charge of several other responsibilities in the industrial and internal consulting sectors at Philips Peru.
